Last hiked: 4/12/25

A drive up Flagstaff Road in Boulder, and you can take this easy trail up to some great views. The climb is steady with a mix of shady stretches and exposure. There are some views along the route but the best views are at the destination. You can scramble up the rock stack or wander around the bottom of it and still get to enjoy some mountains.

The summit offers beautiful panoramic views of the Flatirons and South Boulder Peak, and there’s even a peak finder up top so you can ID what you’re looking at.
